&lt;div&gt;Dean Tribble created the Joule Programming Language, from which E descends. He contributed several additional ideas to E through numerous discussions with MarkM, Chip, Kevin, etc. He is the one of the authors of the DARPA Security Review of the capability-based browser and the  E language.  He architectuted a large-scale, distributed enterprise security system using E's underlying communuciations infrastructure, ELib.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
