Stubs are pages with less information than they ought to have. Stubs are usually created either to add some specific information on a topic which the general information hasn't been written, or to help flesh out the overall structure/link graph of the wiki.

Use <code><nowiki>{{</nowiki>[[Template:Stub|stub]]<nowiki>}}</nowiki></code> at the bottom to mark a page as a stub.
